Since most of us might answer "time" in this economic whirlwind, I'm here to help you save money on your food bill - stop the endless trips to the grocery store, stop throwing out unused or spoiled food and get freedom from "food chores" that usually take several hours of time each day!  All this from a cooking class!

INVESTMENT COOKING - Cook for a day, eat for a month!

In this class, you will learn how to prepare up to one month's worth of dinners in advance, including:

• How to plan your menus and find recipes to keep everyone happy
• Creating a master shopping list, with tips on navigating the grocery aisles!
• Organizing your kitchen for a "big" cooking day
• Cooking demonstration and time-saving tricks/tips for creating multiple meals
• Discussion about safe food storage techniques and containers for your meals

A moderate amount of food and appropriate beverages will be provided (and enjoyed!) during the class, along with take-home recipes and helpful hint handouts.  Hosted at a private home in Fremont.  Limit 6 attendees.
